THE WAY OF JUSTICE
"An eye for an eye"--not your life for an eye. Most people live like this day.
THE WAY OF UNDERSTANDING
Understanding that whatever any person including myself has ever done, is doing,
will do, is felt at the time of doing to be right or proper or justified with
the light he or she has at the moment. Very few live this way today.
THE WAY OF INTELLIGENCE
Aware of one's Purpose of Living, the will do do it--knowing what I am, where I
am, what's going on, and what I can do. In charge of my inner state, free to
experience whatever arises in my way. Fewer still live this way today (do you
know any?)
INITIATIVE
First Force: Biological Factor, Intelligence, LIFE
RESISTANCE
Second Force: Always arises to meet Initiative in opposition, as opponents in a
game; not "bad" but seen so when the purpose of living is to be non-disturbed
because Resistance may be uncomfortable. Resistance is required for anything to
develop, producing:

Third Force: The manifestation (person, place, thing or event) of the play of
Initiative and Resistance, producing:
RESULT
Fourth Force: How the above are experienced, what'd done with/about it.
INITIATIVE
I will make a metal pot. (or)
I will make a garden. (or)
I will go to Paris. (or)
I will get out of debt.
RESISTANCE
Resistance of a mold needed to contain molten metal.
Pull weeds, prepare the earth, plant seeds, water, feed, work.
Get passport, money; make plans, deal with travel, the time it takes to get
there.
Get expert advice, perhaps; recognize and avoid suggestion to spend.
FORM
A metal pot.
A garden.
Being in Paris.
Less debt.
RESULT
Something to put food or flowers in; satisfaction of learning something, or?
Joy of using and sharing the garden; satisfaction; or?
A new environment; delight (or disappointment?); learning, or?
Peace of mind; more freedom, or?
Everything in our world comes about by the interplay of these Four Forces. The Fourth, Result, often leads to the others, again.
Check out this information for yourself by choosing anything, person, place, thing or event, and see if you can identify the Four Forces that brought it to the point you are observing right now.
The Four Dual Basic Urges are not "right/wrong" or "good/bad" or "should/shouldn't." they are simply byproducts or side-effects of living, not the whole purpose of living. Because all humans are subject to all the Four Dual Basic urges, when they are made the whole purpose of living (unconsciously, beginning during the uncomfortable birth process) they have to result in conflict--one wants all the "gain" side and none of the "escape" side, and this is not possible on planet Earth. The Way of Intelligence is not to self-improve by rejecting the Four Dual Basic Urges; The Way is to observe self and one's reactions to them, checking to see if they are the purpose of living--or not. They will come up and can be ignored if one chooses.
POWER POLICIES--Decrees what's "in" and "out"
MEDICAL ARTS--Decrees what's "normal" and "abnormal"
THEOLOGY--Decrees what's "good" and "bad"
BIG BUSINESS--Decrees what's "pretty" and "ugly"
A little reflection will show these games sometimes play with each other as well as with us. A game has four parts: Players, Officials, Rules, Penalties/Rewards.
Definition of SUGGESTION: A threat or promise; anything presented with a threat or promise.
A human being is 100% SUBJECT TO suggestion 100% of the time, but can be free to ignore it.
The Four Types of Love
EROS--Sexual attraction
PIA--Nurturing/protective feelings for children
PHILO--What I like; taste
AGAPE--Understanding that whatever I or any person has ever done, is doing, or will do, is thought at the time of doing to be right, proper and/or justified, with the light they have at the time.
The first three are common to all mammals and some birds, only when accompanied by agape are these human.
